frame parts and all other bicycle components since 1987. We also have a factory in China
making general types of aluminum frames at a more competitive price. We make all kinds of
aluminum bicycle frames, such as MTB/ATB, racing, trekking, lady, cyclo-cross, triathlon
& all types of suspension (like cross, free ride & down-hill). We also supply very
high-end monocoque carbon fiber frames & forks, all matching parts to the frames and
other bicycle components are also available. Our factory in Taiwan makes some 100,000pcs
of very high-end frames per year, while our Chinese factory makes some 500,000pcs of

FABRICATION
FINISHING |

·FABRICATION
The fabrication division is responsible for all
aluminum manufatcturing. Though utilization
of our integrated computer desgin system-
Drawbase, machining and welding process,
we are your single source for product design,
development and fabrication.
M&K FABRICATION CAPABILITIES
· Tube forming, butting cutting, mitering and
bending.
· R&D design support.
· Precision alloy tig welding with
seamless tubing supplied by Easton,
Columbus and Dedacciai. In-house fatigue
testing also avaiable.

·FINISHING
The finishing division puts the final touch
on our high-class frames. Though the
utilization of our hi-speed, laboratory clean
polishing to the massive T4 and T6 heat
treating equipment to the final inspection and
packing station, we deliver what we promise.
M&K FINISHING CAPABILITIES
· In-house T4 and T6 heat treatment facilities.
· Surface polishing ( polish, ball burnish ).
· Wet paint and powder coating.
